Belated Post

Yesterday I met Ann, who made a great turquoise necklace as one of her first beading projects. I asked her if she minded if I took her picture for the website, and she obliged, though she felt sort of shleppy and said "I'm not wearing the right shirt for this necklace!" I said "oh, just let me take it and you can come back later with the right shirt (thinking I'd never see her again and lose out on the photo op). Well, she came back today and I didn't even recognize her! So I took a second photo, and doesn't she look great?


Today is Sept 2. I had a great weekend. I went to my friends Lindsey and Matt's wedding in PA! It was a lot of fun. A lot of driving too. So nice to hang out with old friends, so hard to get back into routine. I've wasted this whole morning farting around on the computer. So this is my last computer-related procrastination of the day, then on to breaking more 16" strands to 8".

Not feeling creative juices flow.
